blahhhhhhh...........dammit....I can't sleep. It is 430 in the freaking morning, and I am no where near sleep mode, I've tried.

I tried emailing some friends in Ontario again. This time the email addy's were good, let's hope they email back.

There is not one person on my list online right now, well at least no one that is allowing me to see that they are online; I think Jesse blocks me.

I have not been spending my time productively as of late. I'm not sure why, my motivation is still the same, I guess I just don't feel like I have the energy. To read, I must concentrate and be present, to meditate or practise yoga I must again, concentrate....and even relax. To excercise, well that takes energy. Many excuses, yes I know. But I don't reall care. I'm tired.

I opened the door to look outside, and it was beautiful. You can see downtown from here, on the other side of the Bay. We have a clear view from the front step, framed by trees, green grass, and a blue sky. It is quite a sight.

The birds are chirping already......



OOOOHhhhh sweeeet music.......Gordon Lightfoot...Afternoon Delight......how I miss afternoon delight. I wish my last afternoon delight had turned out better. Then again, wishes are for stars, what has happened cannot be changed. Faith, ......Faith is what I rely on. Faith in myself to make the best choices for my life, Faith in my destiny, Faith in the universe.
